Help me make CF stand for Cure Found!!

Obviously we are back from Disney World!  I cant believe its almost been a month since my last post!  While I have a ton of pics to upload and share with you guys, I wanted to take the time to ask a favor.

Cystic Fibrosis...well quite frankly, it SUCKS!
I have a beautiful friend Cara who has suffered with CF since her 1st birthday.  She is just the sweetest, most beautiful, kind hearted, person you will ever meet.
We went to high school together and I am now a part of her amazing Great Strides team, Caras Corps.
We will be walking in Houston, TX on may 22nd to help raise money to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
Landon is walking with me this year, so he is super excited! (its less than 3 miles! lol)
If you could please take 3 minutes of your time to watch the short, yet powerful video about Cara I would greatly appreciate it.

Here is a link to my personal page where you can view the video, join our team or donate money to our team.
If you are led to or are able to donate, I know Cara and myself would be forever grateful!!
If not, please don't feel pressured.  A simple prayers for her and all of the other survivors would be awesome as well!!
Here is most of team from last year!
Cara and her wonderful husband, Patrick!

Thanks to all of my friends and family who have already donated!
I couldn't do it without you!

That is awesome that her team is so big this year! Awesome.

And, good for you and Landon for walking, too!

SHADOW!!! Oh my goodness! How the heck are you?!? Do you still live in Houston...? We have got to get together! Find me on FB (jordanandangela mcclinton) and we'll figure it out. I am grinning from ear to ear thinking of memories. Sigh. :)
