Tuesday 10 (+3)!!

I have so many things coming up and I quickly get reminded why I love summer so much!  Its not like I don't have to work, but I sure celebrate summer like I was off!  lol

13 things I am looking forward to...

1. TAYLOR SWIFT concert tonight!!  We bought tickets last October, so I'm just glad its finally here!!  Crystal, Faith, me, Landon and Skylah are going and they made t-shirts and posters last night,

so you know pictures will follow!

2.  Landon's 1st grade Awards on Thursday.  Such a bittersweet moment for me :(  My little baby will be in the second grade..how is that even possible?!?!

3. The new Sex in the City movie comes out this week.  I loved the first one and cant wait to see the new one!  I might go Thursday night, but will for sure see it sometime this weekend!!

4. The last day of school is next Thursday and a couple of my good friends, Sharice and Christina are going out to dinner/drinks that evening! (Landon is staying the night with Nana and Mimi since he wont start summer camp until the next week!)

5. Next Friday we are having an end-of-the-year PTA pool party with all the kids and parents !!

6. Anna's graduation party!!

7. Our get together with the Purvis/Benzman/Grauls!!  Love these people and cant wait to see them!  We try and get together often, but its been MONTHS :(  The adults have just as much fun as the kids most of the time!  ha

8. Brooklyn's 2nd Birthday party (which reminds me, I need to get Landon and I a Sesame street shirt! lol) and seriously Kirsten...how will she be 2??  I swear we just had your baby shower!!  :)

9. Our monthly dinner with my high school friends, Steph, Rach and Emily!!

10. I'm making baby letters for a friend!

11. Tiffany and Howards wedding!

12.  A trip to Lafayette in late June!  We haven't seen them since Disney!

13. and last BUT certainly not least....

ECLIPSE

comes out at midnight on Wednesday, June 30th!!!!!!

A group of us got tickets to the trilogy on Tuesday evening to see Twilight @7:15, New Moon @ 9:30 and then Eclipse @ 12:01!!!

Then I'm going with Amy, 2 of her daughters, Steph, & Holly again on Friday to see it again!!!  :)

(I wont even mention that another group of girls is going on Wednesday night and I am considering going!  No way, I would never admit that, because then I might really have an obsession problem!!!)

Tuesday 10~Lissa's Bridal Shower

In true "Cara fashion", I thought I was due for Tuesday 10!! I am super behind at blogging, so who knows, you may just get a few posts from me this week! But what better way to start it off than with my besties Bridal Shower pics!

I love you very much girl and couldnt be more proud than to be your maid of honor! I cant get too mushy or spill too many secrets (those are being saved for my speech!)

I can tell you though that this girl and I have been through EVERYTHING together!

High school, roomies in college, babies, ups, downs, and everything in between!

Only 3 more weeks until the wedding!!!

I Cant tell you how excited, proud, nervous, and happy I am for this wedding! I am so nervous about my speech I could throw up! Hopefully I don't pass out! ;)

I love you Lissa...thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me such a special part of your special day!!

10 things I am looking forward to!!!

1. Finding out yesterday that I might get tickets to the Texans game this weekend AND having a ticket for Landon this time!!!!

2. My birthday is next week! (the 12th!) The big 28!

3. Going out to the Red Zone for my bday!

4. The MADONNA concert is finally here! Next Sunday Natalie, Crystal and I are headed out to PARTY like rockstars!!!

5. Getting Melissas bridal shower together! Just 4 more weeks..time to get busy!

6. Planning Landons 6th Birthday Camping party!

7. Going shopping on Black Friday!!

8. The Twilight movie comes out in 3 weeks!!!

9. Decorating for Christmas!!!

10. Trying to be the best Maid of honor for Lissas wedding!! January will be here before I know it!!

Thanks to Cara and Kim (who is on private!), I have decided to try out Tuesday 10!

10 random/quirky/loveable things about Landon!

1. He dips his apple dippers in ketchup (seriously..he gets 2 buckets at McDonalds..one for his nuggets and one for his apples!)
2. No matter how cold it is, he takes his jacket off as SOON as we get in the car...he cant stand to have his seatbelt on while wearing a jacket!
3. He doesnt like sweets...well.. within the last few months, he has started liking a few things, strawberry fruit roll ups, apple lollipops, (and I say apple, b/c he wont eat any ohter flavor) plain donuts, plain cake (no icing) and thats about it!
4. He would eat veggies and/or fruit all day if he was allowed to. I can peel a whole cucumber and he will eat the whole thing like an apple! Same with grapes, apples, carrots, corn, tomatoes, ect!
5. He loves calamari and seafood (which mommy hates!)
6. He knows EVERY and I repeat, EVERY word to EVERY song on the radio (country, rap, r&b) He just loves music! (reason I have to be quick on my feet when "I Kissed a girl" comes on! lol
7. He doesnt like pepperoni on his pizza, but loves cold pepperonis!
8. He has high blood pressure
9. He remembers how to get everywhere..he has the best sense of direction!!
10. He loves his momma so much!! (which makes me the happiest person in the world!)
