Thursday Thirteen- TV favorites!!

So, I'm pretty sure its been a few years since I did a Thursday 13, but I'm trying to get back in swing of blogging!!  Lets hope in 2011 that I make more of an effort than in 2010!  lol

So, as most of you know, I have a huge TV obsession!!

I stay up way too late every night watching them, but I love it!

In no particular order...here is a list of what my DVR is set to record every week...

1. Grey's Anatomy

I have to admit, this show has really pissed me off in the last year, but I'm still holding out!  These last 2 weeks have been MUCH better, so fingers crossed!!

The last 10 seconds of last weeks should really change things up in months to come!! (if you know what I mean?!?)

2. American Idol

Wow..I was really impressed last night!  I didnt expect to like the new judges at all, and they really surprised me..I thought it was great!!

Maybe it was time for a change!!

3. Intervention

Crap, this show will make me cry, angry and then happy all in one hour!  Very powerful stuff, and God bless anyone who goes through that at all :(

4. Ellen

Mark my words..I will see her show LIVE in the next year or two!  I ABSOLUTLY love her!  I DVR it everyday!  She is probably the funniest person in the world to me!

5. The Bachelor

Oh Brad..I dont know why everyone gives you such a hard time! lol

He is hot, forgive the man!

Seriously..I have watched all 15 seasons and every year, I say I wont watch it again.  Obviously that doesnt work, because here I am!  lol

6. Private Practice 

LOVE IT!!  One of my top 2 favs!!

The drama..its just too good!!!

7. Brothers & Sisters 

What a dysfunctional family! 

Makes me feel like I'm not so crazy after all!  LOL

8. Desperate Housewives

I am obviously loyal to my shows or I would have dropped this one by now!  It has been a little better this season, its just so unrealistic!  O-well, I keep the ratings up, right?!?!

9. Holly's World

Yep, I said Holly, as in Hef's ex-girlfriend!  Total craziness, but hilarious too!  I'm a sucker for reality tv, what can I say?!?  It starts this week too, so I'm super happy!

10. Biggest Loser

LOVE IT!!  Makes me cry..EVERY week..no lie!

When I cry, I laugh, so my child always looks at me pretty crazy!

Landon is just as obsessed as I am, so I have to wait to watch it with him or he will get mad!  lol

11. CSI, Miami

Horatio..you either love him or hate him,

and I love him!

12. Glee

I hate to admit this, but I dont actually watch it yet.  I have over 30 episodes recorded and now I just feel overwhelmed.  Do I need to start from the beginning, or just start now?!?  Help!

13. Kendra

Well, if I watch Holly, you know I have to watch Kendra too!  lol

Hank and Kendra crack me up!  She is so stupid sometimes, but I just think the show is great!  Baby Hank is pretty darn cute too (other than they need to cut his poor hair!  lol)

SO, yes, I still do homework, bathe my child, and spend quality time with him..I just stay up really late catching up on the dvr after he goes to bed! hehe

6. Boo Hoo Breakfast at Landons school on Wednesday (thats the last day we can walk them to their class, so for all us softy parents, we can go have breakfast afterwards..lol!)

1. Rock n Roll-r coaster!!!

3. Spending a week w/ great family and making new friends!

4. Shopping at Downtown Disney (the Christmas store is to die for!!)

5. Feeling (and acting) like a kid again

6. Buying our Disney scrapbook and starting on it right after we got home (pics to come soon!)

9. Being treated like royalty everywhere you go (they are seriously the nicest people there!)

13 things I need to do before we leave for Disney World!

1. Get Landon some new tennis shoes

2. Get me some new tennis shoes

3. Save money!

4. Find bigger luggage

5. Remember to bring Landons birth certificate!

6. buy the rest of the kiddos surprises! (trying to get them fun stuff to have when we are at the house and airplane!)

7. Get some gum!!!

8. Possibly get a new memory chip..mine holds 600 pics, but thats not even 100 pics a day! haha (and believe me I will use them all!!!!!)

9. Find a way home from the airport (trying to talk it up to Mimi!)

10. keep Landon calm (now that we are only a month away, he is SUPER excited!)

Thursday 13..new school!

13 reasons I am happy (and sad, proud, emotional, ect) that Landon will start kindergarten in August!

In honor of this morning...I am on my way to his new school to register him. I'm so proud of him and at the same time, not quite sure I'm ready for him to be a "Big boy! yet"

1. Field Days and Field Trips :)

2. I get to be a PTA mom :)

3. We will get to eat cafeteria food when I go visit for lunch ;)

4. My baby will continue to grow into an independent little man! :)

5. Hes actually looking forward to homework (I guess b/c he sees Skylah doing it now!)

6. NO MORE CHILD CARE EXPENSES!!! (well, after school, but at only 1/3 of the cost!) :)

7. He doesn't have to wear a uniform anymore (which is good and bad at times!)

8. Volunteering

9. We will have to be on a set schedule (and at his Montessori school, he doesn't have to be there until 9:00..which mean I go late to work everyday!)

10. Him and Skylah will be at the same school and after school program, so I feel MUCH better about him being there!

11. He gets to be a Stephens Stallion!

12. Get to go shopping for school supplies and new school clothes

13. To see how proud and excited he gets when he talks about being a kindergartner!
