What a great Easter weekend!

Sorry I'm just posting, but things have been busy! We had a wonderful weekend in Lafayette and then celebrating Easter here!

Well, the weekend didnt start out so well at first...on our way out of town, we got in a fender bender :( Everybody was ok (thank goodness!), but my car doesnt look so good anymore!

Landon has been telling Grandpa for years that when he turned 5 that he would ride his motorcycle! This was the first time there since he turned 5, and he actually stuck to his word! He LOVED it..he thought he was pretty cool (just like Grandpa!)

Then all his cousins and some more family came over for the crawfish boil and and Easter Egg Hunt! Go Landon Go!! He found the silver egg that had $5 in it!

Saturday night when we got home, I went out with some of my friends for 2 of their birthdays. It wasnt a long night, but we had a great time! Me with some of my old (and current) work crew!

Thursday Thirteen

13 Things I will do from tonight until Easter!

1. Drive to Louisiana
2. Drop off my mom at Aunt Barbaras (and eat some yummy gumbo!)
3. Finish the drive to Lafayette
4. Have a crawfish boil tomorrow
5. Enjoy some GREAT food (and company) by Grandpa and Mammy (and the gang!)
6. Take lots of pictures
7. Drive back to Texas
8. Celebrate Dales birthday Saturday night when I get home
9. Be the Easter Bunny!
10. Have an Easter Egg Hunt
11. Go to Second Baptist
12. Unpack :(
13. Wish that I could do it all over again Sunday night (instead of having to go back to work Monday!)

Showers, soccer and eggs!!

This weekend was a fun-filled beautiful weekend! We had everything from baby showers, to Easter parties, to decorating Easter Eggs, and a soccer game!


Landon had his Easter party at school on Friday...here is all of his crazy class!

All the girls! We are ready for Addison to come!! The letters I made for her room (black and cream paisley!) Saturday morning we started enjoying the beautiful day at his soccer game...he is the one on top of the dog pile! :)

Wow...what a great weekend we had! Great weather, great company, and great friends!! Now we are getting ready to head to Grandpa and Mammys Thursday in Lafayette! Pics to follow!

New Dirt Bike!!

Landon has really needed a new bike. His at our house is way too small, and the one at Mom and Mimis was even smaller!

Well, Friday (Landon played hooky!) and stayed at Mom and Mimis. When I went to pick him up, this is what I saw coming down the street!

He got a new dirt bike and couldnt be happier! A few more turns on it, and we will take the training wheels off! He thinks he is a pretty cool guy right now!! (and of course, so do I!!)
