I've never heard of hearts on hands! I'll have to check it out! I know what you mean about Target!! I can go in there for a $5.00 item and spend $100!! I might have to steal your idea for next week :)
We have so much in common! Tim really doesn't like me to go to Target by myself. Hahaha!!
Ok it looks like Target is a fav of everyone! When they put the super target in by my house I began to get in trouble. Luckily having Haylee makes me think twice before running in for no particular reason!!
Man, I love almost all of those stores, too! Target is definitely the worst.
I just spent $35 over a gift card I had!!!
